Our co-owners, Vic and Taylah, are highly experienced Registered Nurses with expertise across various nursing specialties. Beyond their professional backgrounds, they share a deep friendship and a mutual passion for Cosmetic Medicine. This shared vision led to the creation of Glow Aesthetics Gippsland, an aesthetic sanctuary where clients can feel safe, valued, and respected while achieving exceptional results.

Meet our co-founders
Taylah and Vic are dedicated to delivering outstanding results for their clients, emphasising the importance of client education and utilising only safe, evidence-based techniques and products. They consistently uphold the highest standards of care, ensuring that every procedure is performed in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Taylah
Became a qualified Registered Nurse in 2020 starting her career in Community Nursing. She quickly realised she wanted to combine her love for nursing and the cosmetic industry and completed further studies to bring this to life. Taylah can still be found working in the community. Taylah loves playing netball and travelling whenever she can.
Vic
Before becoming a Registered Nurse, Vic was a Dental Nurse for over 17 years. She loved the clinical side of her Dental nursing but wanted a career change with a bit more of a challenge. This lead her to completing her Bachelor of Nursing and continuing on with further training to become a Cosmetic Nurse. When Vic isn't busy at the clinic she still works clinically as a Psychiatric Nurse for a local tertiary healthcare team. When she's not working Vic loves playing netball and bridge and spending time with her beautiful family.
